Where can I find rules?
  Carlisle Events' Rules can be found at https://carlisleevents.com/carlisle-events-rules.
How do I create an account?
  1) Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right side of our site.
2) Enter your email address.
3) Select "I am a new customer".

Then simply follow the prompts to complete setting up your account. Your information is NEVER sold to any other company and is kept completely private. Please view our Privacy Policy for more information.
How do I edit my account information?
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to edit your account information.
How much is my shipping?
  There are no shipping fees for vending and Showfield/Fun Field registration packets! You will receive these in the mail upon purchasing vending spaces and registering for the Showfields/Fun Field. Packets will arrive approximately three weeks prior to the event for which your registered.

If you are unable to pickup your award during the show you attended, you may purchase Award Shipping for the year following the event for a flat fee of $15 to the US and Canada.
I forgot my password.
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site. Under the login box you'll see a link that says "Forgot your password? Click here". That link will send an email to you with your password.
What is your return policy?
  Refunds are not issued within 45 days of the event for which you have registered, or purchased space.

When will my order ship?
  Vendor packets, including window stickers, are mailed one month prior to the event for which you have purchased space.

Showfield packets, including window stickers, are mailed approximately three weeks prior to the event for which you have registered. Please remember that if you are registering within 45 days of the event, your packet & window stickers will not be mailed. You must pick them up at the registration building outside of Gate 3 prior to entering the event.

Awards will be shipped within 2-3 weeks of placing your order.
